I led and drove the creative work for the brand. I was often flying between strategic creative direction and down in the pixels fine tuning the details on each project. Our lean creative team within the marketing department supported the business as well our own projects to drive leads. I was a major contributor to the continual refinement of our process for how we did the work, hand in hand with our Project Manager. I champion alignment of scope, expectations as the solid foundation for strong execution. My constant goal was to elevate the work, the team and the brand through thoughtful considerations and interactions.
